Health West - North Logan

Recently I've been getting more and more frustrated with health west. Back when they were just Cache Valley Community Health I never got harassed by constant texts reminding me of my appointment or offering me appointments that earlier than the one I set. But the thing is that if I want an earlier appointment I will have asked for it or I will call and coordinate for an earlier appointment like literally anybody else at any other sort of facility like this. I've never been so constantly bombarded by people to the point that I've asked the administrator to stop because at this point it's bordering on harassment.

I visited with a mental health individual who won't be named publicly. The visit was fine and seemingly didn't have any problems. I was promised a written report of the visit after they reviewed things with their supervisor. I was told that I should have that report within a week. It took about a month and a half!! I would try to call, I tried emailing them, I tried going back in to get the report and it went nowhere. Finally once I obtained the report electronically it had someone else's information in it, a huge HIPAA violation (which has been reported). Needless to say I don't feel good about recommending Health West to anyone for any reason based on my experience.

My doctors great, but the clinic is horrible, do they even know how to answer a phone?? Cause I’ve been trying to get ahold of my doctors ma for 5 days now, no one will answer the dang phone. I wish my doctor will move to a different clinic
