My doctors great, but the clinic is horrible, do they even know how to answer a phone?? Cause I’ve been trying to get ahold of my doctors ma for 5 days now, no one will answer the dang phone. I wish my doctor will move to a different clinic
First few visits were fine. I felt like the doctor really listened to me and cared about me. But then they stopped answering the phones. Tried multiple different times, multiple different days. When someone did pick up they weren’t able to answer my question about referrals. I’ve waited 2 months for a referral and have heard nothing. Finally called a totally different office who was able to get me in next day, and then right after my appointment I got my referral and was able to make my specialty appointment. They just need to answer their phone! Can’t make an appointment, ask questions, etc without a phone!!
I really like the doctor I see, but trying to get an appointment is painful. The phone is never answered and it is very unorganized. Unfortunately if you can't communicate with the doctor because the staff is in the way making it impossible you have to find somewhere else to go.
