This place is definitely not for the faint of heart- but if you’re the type that loves to climb and has great upper body strength, this is the playground for you! There were a few balancing exercises, but most rely on your arms. There was a bathroom, some tables and chairs for eating and/or observing, and plenty of cushion under each area. As a SAHM that doesn’t work out regularly, there wasn’t as much that I could do :)
I train their and it is awesome they have everything right and done well great workers and amazing talents that the coaches teach others and the kids or who ever are gonna have a fun time I promise
This place is my new home!! Just such a wonderful place, the coaches here are simply wonderful people! It's a great way for me to stay fit and build confidence ?Well kept, warm and friendly environment, Would highly recommend to all who want to have some fun and get a good workout!
