Irlanda is a miracle worker! I went in with the knot of all knots causing me a lot of pain and she hit it from every angle. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and precise. Be aware: if you’re new to massage, it’s not always a quick fix and it can be painful, but you can always tell them to lighten the pressure. I just try to breath through it because sometimes you need that elbow digging in to get your angry muscles to release.

P.s. To the woman who posted that the massage ended early, it sounds like an innocent misunderstanding. You schedule a 60 minute massage and they include 15 minutes of buffer in your appointment so you can change and talk through anything you want them to work on.“
