Orem Spa offers excellent customer service and skilled massages. Many customers appreciate the same-day appointments and the high-quality deep tissue massages. The spa is clean and professional, making it a great choice for those seeking effective treatments at a reasonable price. While it may not have a glamorous atmosphere, the expertise of the staff, particularly in deep tissue techniques, sets it apart from more expensive options. Overall, Orem Spa is highly recommended for a satisfying massage experience.
Jenny @ Orem Spa is absolutely wonderful. I have been going to her for years and am always delighted with the results. Jenny uses a wide range of technique and pressure based on your needs and instructions. I highly recommend her back walking massage technique for a portion of your massage if you have tight back muscles. Jenny is an Orem treasure who generously shares her skills, positive energy and kind heart 6 days a week Mon--Sat. Located in the Orem Macy's location parking lot at the corner of State & 800 North. Orem Spa offers a consistently comfortable, clean, and safe environment for both women and men. You will not be disappointed and the prices are so low… read full review

This place is not anyone's definition of glamorous, but Jenny will give you a better massage than you'll get at most of the Deer Valley resorts, for a fraction of the price.

I called at 1:40 and made an appointment for 6pm the same day. That was really convenient. Once we got there they made us pay before the massage and charged $2 extra for using a debt card. The sheet they use to "cover" you is short and see-through. The massage itself was amazing, even included hot rocks. However, they cut it short. It was only 45 minutes instead of the hour we asked for. Then when we went to leave the receptionist embarrassed us in front of the next people by asking us to tip. Overall it was a great massage but we won't be returning.
