Lisa is the greatest. I have been going to her for years and have convinced others who are now hooked. She has helped me with many of my migraines. She is always great about asking if the pressure is ok, not just once throughout. She is super knowledgeable and always is willing to work with you to make the experience great.
I also had a facial done and it was the perfect.
I highly recommend coming to natural healing and massage. You wont regret it.

Had a massage with Sam Brown. I mostly get massages just to relax and asked her to go light to medium. She has a soothing touch and nice technique and I zoned out a few times and nearly fell asleep. Zoning out is just what I look for in a massage. She’s also welcoming and easy to talk to. If you have sleep problems and want to calm down by a nice, consistent touch, Sam is definitely it. I’ll see her again :)
