I go here for the chiro adjustment, red light therapy, and Cryotherapy. You have to try all three to get the full experience. I mean the combination of being adjusted by Dr. Ward, the red light, finished by the Cryotherapy is Genius! No matter how bad I’m feeling, I am always leaving this place feeling new, re-energized, and pain free.
Staff there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Ward is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process and help you understand everything in a simple manner. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I have chiropractors closer to where I reside but make the extra commute to this place because it really does separate theirselves among their competition.“

After my massage, I felt great, but then Dr adjusted my bones too quickly and my muscles spasmed. I was uncomfortable the rest of the day. “I have gone here to massage barre for about 5 different massages over the last couple of years. The owner is incredibly friendly & polite. Their prices are comparable. All of the staff is professional and gentle speaking/ tone after your massage which is important for me because of the release of emotions that is happening. The only reason I stopped going was because the male massage therapist I was seeing moved states otherwise I’d still be here. I like a deep tissue with intense pressure. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They give you a packet of juice afterward that makes you tap into your childhood feels like a reward after a challenge. They even use doterra oils if you ask for them during the massage.“

“I took my teenage daughter to AJ Body Works because she’s lived with chronic pain for years. We’ve been to so many doctors and specialists. Honestly even had an appointments where I was in tears because there just weren’t any real answers or relief for her pain. Amy did craniosacral work on her, and the difference was unbelievable. Her pain went from about a 5 to a 3½ during the session, and later that evening she was down to a 3 in most places with a 0 in her knees!!! Amy also worked on me, and I didn’t realize how much I needed it. I’ve been retaining water and feeling puffy, especially in my face and hands. After the lymphatic drainage work, I felt so much lighter and refreshed. I could actually see the difference in my face. Who doesn’t love that! Amy taught us so much. She has such a calm, intuitive way of working. You can feel that she genuinely cares. Highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain, inflammation, or just needing to feel healthy.“
