Destination Homes builds beautiful homes within all budgets, from starter homes to forever homes, ensuring everyone has options. They provide a two-year warranty, which is uncommon for builders. While most customers are thrilled with their new homes and the outstanding service, one reviewer noted a lack of attention to detail, such as an off-center light fixture and scratched finishes, and expressed concerns about warranty repairs.
Generally ok here over by the watercourse. Landscaping out front needed to be torn out and replace due to building installing rosa woodii bushes, back yard had to be regradded to avoid debris slides, the sod we laid helped. Hvac is making some weird noises a year in. The two bay garage door is 1.5 inches shorter on the north (right) side, this makes the door look like it's out of alignment. We replaced the plastic dishwasher with a real one. Why only one cheap light in the middle of the master bedroom? Our closet has two. Just weird. We replaced wirh a chandelier which helps.

We just bought a Destination Homes Watermark townhome and we are so in love! The finishes are stunning, the craftsmanship is masterful, and you can feel the thoughtfulness put into each detail of the home. Our sales agent was a dream to work with, and their lender incentives are such a help when it comes to closing costs and interest rates! They truly make beautiful homes within all budgets, from starter homes to dream forever homes, so everyone has options that suit their needs. They have a 2 year warranty, too, which I believe is not common for builders to provide!
Our experience with Destination Homes was absolutely incredible! We purchased an inventory home from them in Daybreak, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The stunning finishes and exceptional craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations.
What stood out even more was the amazing communication from their entire team. They kept us informed every step of the way and worked diligently to ensure we were able to move into our new home by our deadline.
