Desert Water answered our call on a Saturday, proactively checked the warranty on the unit, worked with me to get the tank drained while they brought the new unit, and the new unit was covered under warranty. From the first call to a new water heater installed was less than 3 hours. They even retaped some of the exhaust vents that had come loose. Left everything clean and tidy. Great service, great communication, and very professional. Will be our go-to in the future.“
