“The Martial arts classes are really good. I've learned a lot and continue to learn from the Shaolin kung fu Northern style and other teachings. Helps strengthen legs and kicks- every day is leg day. They have very skilled and professional instructors at Master Lus with decades of experience. The Tai chi class is incredible for stress relief and physical therapy. They offer a variety of other health services like acupuncture being the first licensed acupuncturists in state they have incredible skill. I had first come to master lus a few years ago with minor concussion and the Kung fu and tai chi classes have helped me heal from that over time and build some great disciplines.“

“Lotus Blossom is amazing and so is Master Parnell. If you or your kids are interested in martial arts give them a try. His Haidong Gumdo class is beautiful to watch. Our son is a 2nd degree black belt in it and he has gained so much from being in the discipline. Master Parnell even lets people try the 1st class for free to see if they like it.“
