**This isn't the same business that is on HILL AFB now (MAR 2025), but this review is to help others looking for a review for the on base dry cleaner**

Horrible process. I dropped off my clothes needing dry cleaning through the business available on base. I have to put my nice blues into a ragged drawstring bag and throw it in a cart in a corner.
-You get NO receipt and no security that your items will be looked after.
-They only pick up/ drop off items twice a week, TUE & FRI.
-I called to try to get verification on when I could get my items back, and they said MAYBE they would be back FRI. If they aren't back, essentially call FRI night after their posted...read full review

Dropped my uniform off, showed up the next week and they were closed temporarily. Had to pick up at a drycleaners off base that only took cash or Venmo. The creases on the shirt were crooked and don't even line up on the stripes.
