“Every person I’ve interacted with in this office were so pleasant and kind. The doctor was excellent, well mannered and he ensured I have the correct prescription that is comfortable for me. They were very accommodating to my 2 month old infant who I had to bring for my appointment. He slept on my chest while they did the exam. Unlike other eye doctors, he gives a 2 year prescription. So I have the option to use it for 2 years if I don’t feel any change in my vision. I used insurance and they ensured I get the most out of my insurance based on what I am wanting. “I usually dread picking out frames—my vision is bad enough that I have to try them on, take a selfie, and then look at the photo to even know what they look like on me.

This Wal-Mart location has a fantastic setup: they provide trays so you can carry around the glasses you want to try on, and the opticians take care of putting them away afterward. It made the process three times faster for me, and I actually found frames I love.

Lori, the optician, was exceptional—thoughtful, thorough, kind, fun, and perfectly attentive without being overbearing. I never felt rushed, which is rare for me in these settings. Bonus: the pricing was very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better.
