Excel Eye Center - American Fork provides world-class eye care services, including cataract treatment and diabetic eye care. The eye clinic is recognized for its kind, caring, and professional atmosphere. Patients consistently praise the doctors for their expertise and their willingness to answer questions. The optical staff is also noted for their friendliness, experience, and assistance in finding the perfect pair of glasses. One patient highlighted the exceptional quality of their glasses, noting that the add-ons for lenses are worth it, especially for those with astigmatism and strong prescriptions. However, there has been a recent change in policy regarding contact eye exams, leading to additional charges that some patients find confusing despite having insurance. Customer service is highly rated, with instances of staff going above and beyond to assist clients, even in challenging situations such as frame repairs. Many long-term patients appreciate the prompt attention to eye emergencies and the thorough care they receive.
The staff is a hoot. Loved my experience with them all. Malia was especially great to work with.
