The owner was absolutely one of the nicest people I've met! She was with a customer, doing her hair but also was more than happy to come help me find what I needed. She also offered to order any of the t-shirt sizes that she didn't have on hand and get them for me before Christmas. Everybody should really go check her shop out on Helper main Street! It's a beauty salon and a lot more!
I was only walking past and looked at the display in the window. I then went in and pretty much finished up my Christmas shopping!
I went into the Helper office to have skin tags removed from my eye lids & chest,i’ll admit i was very nervous especially when it comes to my eyes.Adam was very helpful & professional in letting me know all of my options,he was also very understanding with my nervousness. I like the staff. They are very friendly and helpful when you ask. They delivered to price which helps lot's when you can't drive! The drivers are always nice. I could transfer but I won't! I'm very happy with all the employees! Love that home town pharmacy! You don't find places like this very often.

Canessa Did an amazing job on mine and my daughter's lobe piercings! She was so kind, patient, and fun to talk to. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend her! We weren't sure if we wanted stacks or 3rds and she took the time to mark our ears and let us make an informed decision. She was honest (but kind) about our past (crooked, not done by them) piercings and what piercings would look best based on that. She was professional, clean, and made us feel comfortable. The piercings were not painful. I'm on day 2 and I can't even feel that anything happened. I've had my ears pierced at other places and I swear they were uncomfortable for days!
I noticed a few reviews mentioning not being greeted right away, and I admit that I had a similar experience when I walked in earlier in the week, hoping for a walk-in appointment. We waited on the couch for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and I was a little disappointed at first. BUT after sitting in Canessa’s chair, I completely understood why. She gives her full attention to the client in front of her. Be patient! They know you’re there, and you’ll get the same care and focus soon enough. In the meantime, relax on the couch or admire their jewelry and decor. It’s worth the wait!
