I’ve had Tankless work on 3 projects. One bring a major kitchen remodel. They were on time, responded to my calls quickly, courteous, quote up front, left my plumbing problem better then they found it. Thank you Tankless.
Installed my new Navien NPE-240A2 tankless heater yesterday and I'm very happy. They cleaned up some of the existing piping by removing unnecessary fittings. Of the four quotes I got, Tankless Xperts were the most knowledgeable. All the other guys said I needed to get a bigger gas meter and install gas reducers for my other gas appliances, which increased their estimates quite significantly. Tankless Xperts assured me that none of that was necessary and that upselling it is a common practice among other contractors. Devan was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I'd recommend these guys.
Curtis was awesome to work with, I will never use any other plumbing company as long as these guys are around. I was quoted 6k to replace my tankless and Curtis was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Hands down best plumbing company I have ever worked with.
