We have used Dow Tax & Accounting for 5 years now. They are accurate, knowledgeable and fast. They can always answer our obscure questions. They are also patient and friendly. We will continue to use their tax service because it is so easy!
If you had told me a week ago I’d leave a tax appointment in a good mood, I would have assumed you were joking. But Dow Tax & Accounting somehow made tax season not terrible and somewhat enjoyable, go figure.
First off, I normally stumble through our taxes with TuboTax every year. Dow Tax & Accounting was able to show me the error of my ways and get me a larger refund than I had thought I was going to get. Instead of rushing through the process, they asked great questions and dug deep into deductions and credits I never would have thought to look at. All the while, making sure we were well taken care of with true white glove service.

This is the first year I have used Dow Tax & Accounting and I am very pleased! I was referred to Brent and he, and the team, have done a great job. The process was seamless and very quick from the time I submitted my documents to the returns being processed and submitted. Nicole was quick at responding to any questions as well. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience!
