“Highly recommend Zoe for haircuts. I have fine, straight hair that is color damaged and need a hairstyle that I do not need to style daily. A lot of salons in Utah will curl your hair after a haircut to hide the choppy layers. Not the case with Zoe - she is a genius at blending layers and creating hairstyles that grow out well.
