She had to look through documents, so she took my email and said she would keep looking. She called back about 10 minutes later to say she had found the letter and also told me what to expect with a secure email. I really appreciate Stacy and her helpfulness!”
“Dane was my anesthesiologist for my dental implants today. Lemme just say.. anxiety? Didn't know her ? He was very kind, friendly, made some lighthearted jokes, and made me feel at ease. I barely felt the IV go in as he used the smallest needle for me. He had me focus on my breathing, and my fiance holding my hand before I fell asleep. I very much appreciated his communication thru the whole process. Thanks again Dane, you were great!”
