I travel a large portion of the year and rely on basic automations like AutoPay to manage my finances. I had multiple calls with their customer service team about my autopay which was verified as working. Apparently it wasn't and since I wasn't home to be receiving my mail; they cancelled my plan even though all pay details were correct. How many 1 star reviews, frustrated customers and negligent mistakes do you need to have before you change your business methods?!
I don't want or need a nurse to call ne and ask how my recent medication is working. This is a Dr issue, and then another nurse called me in the past to come and check my heart.I think rates are higher because there are employees who seem to think they need to follow up with doctors. The more you spend, the more we pay. I get 3-4 envelopes a week that basically say nothing
I have to say that as a medigap plan G they have been awesome! so easy to work with. Can't comment on the marketplace plans for general public plans, but for medicare supplement its been very good.
