Wayne did an excellent job fixing my laptop. I was relieved to hear such a friendly & helpful person on the other end of the phone on a Monday morning after I had messed with my computer for three days trying to fix it myself.He listened to my concern & gave me a couple of scenarios of what could be the problem, then quoted me a price & time range to have it fixed. He met both quotes.Thankfully he was able to recover & reinstall my data (since I had to get a new hard drive) & now mylaptop is running smoothly & even faster than before. I highly recommend him.
