I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.

We scheduled a grooming for today for our little yorkie a month ago, and when we brought him in, he wasn't on the schedule. That's ok, we understand when there are mixups, but the clerk was rude, and not willing to do any checking. Now we are glad we didn't leave him there, who knows how nice they will be to him. Maybe they just don't like people, only animals, but they could certainly be nice about it, mix ups happen, no need to be nasty about it.
