We come here regularly for the salt cave during the family sessions. During these sessions they allow for young kids and families to participate in a much more relaxed (rules) environment than the sound baths and other sessions. But we absolutely love it. They provide toys for kids to play with and enjoy the salt. Love the healing and benefits from the salt cave especially when the kiddos need an extra boost from being sick.

I had a lovely experience my first time here. We caught a last min sound bath in the salt cave and it was Divine. Tarek Weber was our musician for the night and I was impressed. Definitely catch his sets if you can, he took us on a journey. The establishment itself is clean and the people are very friendly and have beautiful energy! That's important to me when I go to relax. I appreciate this place. I was recommended by dear friends of the area.

We enjoy coming to the Himalayan Salt Cave. It's quite peaceful and pretty inside and ask for a double Gravity chair so you can cuddle with your husband like we did. Honestly I often nap in here in between taking deep breaths of the salty air. It has lots of health benefits and we often bring visitors here because it's relaxing and unique. They have a number of products for sale too including salt lamps. They give you a blanket, you can put your bare feet in the salt and sometimes they have sound baths, etc. I wait until they have a sale on passes. It's a great use of an hour.
