I had back pain for ten years and tried everything from chiropractic to red light therapy and steroid injections... Dr. Ryan Averett & Staff are amazing!Shout out to Ashley...I recently experienced a Severely strained stomach muscle that left me sidelined from my usual activities. It was a frustrating setback, but thankfully, I found a path to recovery thanks to the team at Recovery & Spine. They listened attentively to my concerns and crafted a personalized recovery plan tailored to my needs. The treatment process was comprehensive yet gentle, focusing on gradually rebuilding strength and flexibility in my strained muscles. What impressed me the most was the dedication of...read full review

The last time, I gave up.I walked into the office without pain, feeling optimistic, and I walked out of the office back IN pain. That's when I lost all hope. I put two and two together that the pain started a few months after starting a desk job, aka, sitting 8 hours a day for the first...read full review
