I went into ulta today to spend all my points i’ve spent the last year saving up. the store manager melinda helped me find and pick out the correct shark blow dryer i’ve been wanting. she sat with us for about ten minutes explaining how the dryer will work and the best ways for me to personally get use out of it, and also picked me out a good brush. melinda taking those ten minutes to explain the dryer made the biggest difference in my shopping trip. I honestly wasn’t exactly sure the right way to use it, And I tend to return things due to my user error. Came here to get my bday gift, ended up buying a bunch of goodies too. There was this girl who kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything and was also our cashier, she was soooooo sweeeeet. I wish I would've remembered her name. She had good energy, had such a friendly smile and wished me a happy birthday. Thanks girl ?❤️! All I remember is she had brown hair and was younger!

I want to give a huge shoutout to American Fork’s Ulta sales representative Breanna! Right before Christmas I went shopping for a gift for my daughter. I suffer from ME/CFS and I had fractured my left wrist and hand along with damage to my sciatica. The pain goes down my left leg, ankle and foot. It’s hard for me to stand or walk. Breanna could see I was struggling and offered me a seat in the salon. She was fabulous and helped me shop while she went and retrieved items for me to view. She shopped for me so that I could rest. She has been the only one in all my shopping ventures who could see I was in pain and accommodated my needs. She is so lovely. I can’t commend... read full review
