We called Gunther's at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning because our air conditioner was not working. The Weekend Tech responded immeadiately and was at our home by 10:00 AM and by 10:30 had it repaired and functioning.
Melissa in the office was friendly and got me an appointment that day when my AC went on the fritz.
Chase was excellent. He was kind, polite, and helpful.
Answered my questions. Kept me informed on what he was doing. Explained anything I didn't understand. I would recommend Chase and Gunther's with any of your repair needs.
Gunther’s installed a new HVAC system for us last year and we were thoroughly happy with the project from the beginning to the end. Today we had a drain clogged and it backed up water into our basement. They were able to get someone out right away and clear the obstruction in the drain. Great service at a fair price!
