Installed our system completely wrong but we didn’t realize until after we paid him. We didn’t realize he wasn’t an electrician and he messed up our electrical trying to install it. He completely ghosted us and won’t respond to any calls or texts. We had to pay THOUSANDS to fix his mistake. DO NOT TRUST HIM TO FIX OR INSTALL YOUR SYSTEMS.
We hired this company to put in mini splits for our basement and they did an absolute terrible job. Barely over a year later the units aren't working at all and the owner is ignoring my calls and refusing to do the work to repair the faulty installation. I've had another company take a look and the faulty installation has caused so much damage the whole unit is useless. We could be out over $8,000. Do not hire these absolute crooks.
They are amazing! Got quoted 7 grand from another company to replace my a/c. He came out did his proper diagnostic and replaced a $300 part and it fixed my a/c he saved me thousands of dollars. 10/10 recommended
