Total Image Salon is the first place where I feel truly understood. I’ve had trouble at other salons because of communication gaps — I like my nails rounded, but they’d always square them off, and it was hard to explain what I wanted. She listens, she understands, and she gets it right every time. Her haircuts are wonderful, her nail work is top‑notch, and she can even do custom colors beautifully. The salon is private and relaxing, and she treats you with genuine kindness. I have two amputated toes, and she has never made me feel strange or embarrassed. That alone means more than I can say. I highly recommend her.
