    EDIT: In response to the owner of this office, Dr. Anny Nguyen, I want to note that she made things right and rectified the awful experience I had with the fill-in optometrist who was there on Saturday. Props to her and her friendly front office staff for making things easy for me and doing all they could to help me πŸ‘

    Had an absolutely horrible experience here due to Dr. Culbertson who was apparently just helping out on Sat. He was rude and caused me a LOT of inconvenience. During the appt I asked if my prescription had to be tied to a particular contact lens brand or if it could be brand-neutral. He sarcastically grumbled something about the FTC. I ask this because I've always just went with whatever brand is cheapest/has the best rebates. The Dr. just scoffed when I said this. He didn't seem to care about my worries at all and I think he took it as silly (must be nice to have an optometrist salary and not care about money?). I go next door to order my contacts and lo and behold, there were lenses that were MUCH cheaper than my Oasis (by $100s of dollars). I went back to ask the Dr. to change the brand and he refused! He rudely said "no" and that I'd have to schedule a "fitting" and that there's no time today. When asked if it costs money he says "idk ask them" and walked off to the back.

    Teresa who worked the front seemed to recognize his rudeness and unreasonability, especially given the fact that I have worn the brand I wanted the prescription switched to with no issues in the past (the Dr. didn't even bother to ask me this before refusing my request). She kindly grabbed me a sample box and told me to go back to Visionworks next door and tell them that Teresa said it was fine and she'd personally walk the changed prescription over herself. While back in Visionworks, Teresa calls me and said that the Dr simply refused to change the prescription and basically that because I was a new patient, he doesn't know for sure that I had worn that brand before (a way of blatantly calling me a liar). Teresa said he wants me to wear them for 2-3 days then I'd have to call the office and give them the ok to change it and they'd change it for me and mail me the new prescription. I absolutely lost it. He's lucky I didn't storm in there and yell in his face while he was with a patient because I was extremely close to doing so. I had to calm myself down.

    I have NEVER in my life been so upset with any doctor or optometrist like this, ever. I've been wearing contacts since I was 18 and now 36. I've worn many brands and visited many optometrists. This old man, Dr. W.E. Culbertson needs to retire. Absolutely rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic. Everything a doctor shouldn't be. To whomever runs this practice, I do not recommend using this guy for any kind of help at your office. He's making your practice look bad.

    I recently visited the optometrist for an eye exam and had the pleasure of being assisted by Teresa. From the moment I walked in, Teresa made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her warm demeanor and expert guidance made my eye exam a breeze. Teresa's exceptional service and genuine care truly stood out. Highly recommend her for anyone needing an eye exam!

    Nice and friendly staff. The equipment was clean and everything in the office was organized. I had a comprehensive eye exam and the doctor took the time to explain the results for me in detail and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this eye care clinic to anyone.
