I have been in to this urgent care several times with kids and personally. We have always had excellent care and service. I very much appreciate the honesty to tell us options and real solutions, and the limits to what you guys are able to do with help of where to go to fix our concerns and issue if or when it is a hospital vs urgent care thing. You guys are the best thank you so much for putting heart behind the time spent at your work and treating others the way you would want to be treated. Your service is above and beyond thank you!
I have been too many urgent care facilities over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! Friendly staff. Helpful. I felt heard by the nurse and the doctor and they understood what I needed to get better. I was seen at exactly my appointment time - which is unheard of! I was in and quickly without being rushed. 5 out of 5 stars!!
10/10 love the new in- room check-in. Thank you for getting me in quick, for knowing exactly what I had, for giving options (steroid over pills and *room temperature* water? Yes PLEASE AND THANK YOU. ) Amazing, I felt seen and listened to and so so grateful.
