We really like our SunTex Pool service. They're a Christian & military service member owned company. Francisco comes weekly, at about the same time every week, & he texts when he's on his way to our home. At the end of the service, Francisco submits the cleaning report, which gets emailed to me. This report details services performed, ph levels & any proactive steps that may need to be addressed in the near future to keep our pool in tip-top shape. They also recommend a great automatic pool cleaner 6 months ago that keeps the pool water crystal clear.

SunTex Pools does an excellent job servicing my pool weekly and cleaning my filters quarterly. Mason is my regular pool guy and he goes above and beyond on a regular basis. He adds water if the pool is low. He is thorough with balancing pool chemicals and vacuuming the pool. My chlorine was locked when I moved into my home. SunTex brought out a pump to drain my pool so they could power wash and treat the algae problem the previous homeowners never addressed. My pool has been perfect now for 2 years. Highly recommend using SunTex Pools if you are looking for a reliable company to partner with. 5 Stars all around!

We just moved into Arlington this year and met with several companies as potential pool service providers. We chose Suntex, as they have the same ethics we grew up with: Do what you say you are going to do, and be kind, doing so.
Our pool tech, David, is an incredible example of this. He texts his arrival time. He shows up at a consistent day/time of day every week. He works diligently while he is here. And he documents his results into the app so that we get his input (via email) each week! Thank you David! Thank you Suntex !
