This location was busy. Checked in online and wait was over 50mins. Definitely recommend checking in online...got a text when time was 15mins. We sat in our car waiting then went in for cut. Son liked his hair so that's all that matters.

Great clips has a pretty good reservation type system. It worked well for us this time as we had only about a 3 minute wait. The quality of hair cuts varies depending on the individual you get. our barber did our 2 grandsons reasonably well but it would have been better if her language skills had been better.Service: Kids' cuts

Great customer service. Got my daughter in 30 mins before close when they had people waiting. The other Great Clips in Wylie had turned her away with no one waiting 40 mins before close. We will continue to bring our business here. Thank you.
