D's Enterprise A/C was recommended by a neighbor. My call to set up an appointment was handled professionally and with kindness by Theresa. She worked with me scheduling the service around my busy Work from Home meeting schedule. The Service Rep was scheduled and on arrival greeted me and inspired confidence in me that my A/C problem would be corrected to my satisfaction.
My A/C system is more than 15 years old and the Service Rep was very familiar with how it should work and what the problem might be. I was very impressed with how efficiently several diagnostic tests were performed and the information used to provide a solution.

I’ve known Theresa and Denis for years and we have just recently needed some ac help. I accidentally messed up my thermostat and had everything all out of whack. They were able to get over here quickly and had the problem fixed within a few minutes. Fast, honest and reliable. Will definitely be using them in the future.
