Overall good service. They pay attention to detail. I can tell from the way they clean the rooms in my truck. I have a monthly plan that I canceled and there was some mix-up so they charged me an extra month. Once I called they were understanding and took care of it.

I didn't know I had a membership. I thought it was only for the month of November. I'm getting charged for Dec and Jan? I had no ideal. Never went during December at all or this month. I got injured and can't drive since the end of November. I need to call someone.

I've been going here for years, but since Covid, there are several machines in the wash that continually don't work. Still, overall, it's a good value. They also now have drying services.
