Great service, the lady checking me out wad so nice and helpful. I live out in east texas so my car gets covered in bugs, they let me drive through twice to guarantee all the bugs came off. I will be coming back!!

I had to come here just to leave this review!
Micah in the car lane went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me today in registering I and my spouse car for the family auto membership. He was so patient, professional, and kind. His courtesy and customer service is unmatched, it’s not something I’ve experienced anywhere else.
He made the whole process smooth, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
I wanted management to take note: We need more people like him.
Thank you Micah and thank you Carnation Car Wash for excellent service! Highly recommend!
