Excellent work and great customer service!

Completed work on two fence/gate sections on sides of house. Cleared old fence and set posts on day one and completed fence with gates on the second day. Thoughtfully, they added temporary wire fence to keep my dog in during construction. Very satisfied with their timeliness, professionalism and overall finished work. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent work.it exceeded my expectations. They accommodated my need to postpone for a week. All communications with Megan in the office were helpful and all my questions were answered with great customer service. Proper depth for posts. Modifications I discussed were verified 3+ times so we were on the same page. I could speak English and be understood by at least two workers.
I needed a retaining wall built into the fence project and it looks like it will hold well.
I don’t usually give 5 stars, but this work was done above expectations and with good communication.

Mr. Blackwell was very helpful with my questions and design of the fence. The crew was very good. A neighbor had recommended this company.

Megan was pleasant and responsive, she earned the three stars. Ultimately we ended up not using them because they were quite a bit more expensive than others quotes and unwilling to use materials we wanted vs. what they normally use. The price coupled with the inflexibility lost them two stars.

Response to Blackwell: The quote was for Cedar and you were still significantly higher than other quotes that had equal or better options selected.

Everything was a surprise for me because I usually do my own fence work. But these guys take it to another level. Whoever said you can’t find good contractors anymore haven’t had this group do work for them.
The entire team are A-1 professional and are absolutely great at what they do. I am quite sure this will always be my go to crew for any fence installs and repairs.
And from what I hear, so will a few of my neighbors 😉.

I bought a fence from Gary 6 years ago. Two years later, we decided to add a gate to enclose our driveway. He said to call him anytime I have an issue. Well, yesterday my gate fell off the track and was not working correctly. I called Gary late in the evening regarding the issue. He returned my call within minutes and said he would come over the next day and fix it. He fixed my problem and it hasn't been 24 hours. That is what I call service. I highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Blackwell Fencing to anyone looking for a new fence! They are very honest.
