The care, professionalism and speed in which Glenn took to diagnose the problem and replace a breaker panel was encouraging. When dealing with a major safety concern that you know is going to be expensive, you want to know you can trust what the service provider is telling you. Glenn took the time to explain the issue and gave a couple of options. From the moment Glenn and his assistant walked in till they left 5 hours later they were nothing but professional and kind. We knew we were in good hands with the team at Allstar! Thank you!
All Star has a ton of experience and the way they work just showed it. Set up the appointment a day prior, Glenn showed up early. I had a previous contractor come in and gave the wrong information, Glenn spent 15 mins and diagnosed and solved the problem. Electrical panel working great, appliances all 100%. Thanks All Star!
Came home to partial power, wasn't sure what to do. Called Allstars, they were close and more importantly Open! I do not remember whom I spoke with, but they could have easily ripped me off and made a house call. Instead, they told me it sounded like an Oncor issue and to notify them first and Allstar is there if I still needed them. Call to Oncor was the fix! Quality service, new customer.
