I have used another plumbing company for 45 years, and the last couple of times I had them out they not only did not resolve the issue, but told me it would take $1500-$2000 and new lines to resolve this problem. They spent over 2 hours here to unstop a guest bathtub drain, actually made it worse, and left. I looked on-line, and (based on reviews) called Jay ***** Plumbing, Heating, & Air. They came out that same day (not 2 or 3 days later as I am always being told by the other company), spent about twenty minutes, and fixed the problem. I have been using Jay Young Plumbing for about 10 years. I live in an 85 year old home which experiences plumbing issues from time to time. I have also had some more involved work done in my bathroom. The employees are capable, friendly. They are on time and responsive to my needs. When scheduling changes occur, they communicate well about what to expect. Jobs are completed. I am glad to have found this company soon after moving to Lubbock.
