I recently brought a few items to Kim alternation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The tailoring was precise, and my clothes fit perfectly after the alterations. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was done exactly how I requested. The staff was friendly and ready on time as promised. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.
Some of these reviews seem bad but I think people are just soft lol. She was great, I brought her my wedding dress about a week before my wedding for alterations. I didn’t want the sleeves, I wanted the bottom thicker/bigger, she even fixed a problem I didn’t even notice. My zipper was crooked in the back she corrected it all, my dress was perfect when I picked it up. I’m not getting married again but I will keep Kim’s in my contacts for future alterations 🥰
i have used this establishment for many years. when it belonged to Kim's Uncle and now Kim. I have NEVER had an issue with alterations or dry cleaning @ Kim's. The negative review is from an individual who constantly complains about everything and everyone that does not "kiss their feet".
