I recently had the opportunity to experience the services of this cleaners, and overall, I must say it was a positive and satisfactory encounter, earning a solid four stars out of five.From the moment I dropped off my garments, the staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. Amonth ago I had a dress hemmed, they did a horrible job but I paid for it and I threw the dress away. My granddaughter brought her prom dress there to be hemmed at over $50. They promised a day which it was not ready, they gave another date and they still did not have it. When I called to speak to the owner they would not give me any information as to when I could talk to him/her and hung up on me. Go elsewhere for any alterations.

This wonderful young woman actually saved me.I am new enough in the area and i went to a very bad alterations person. I had bought a dress for my granddaughters wedding. Where i had taken this new dress was off 336 east. My dress was in hideous shape. Almost ruined. The first lady needs to retire. She misplaced a hook and eye. They were not even close. A seam on the top of my shoulder was stitched with the seem on the outside of my dress. It was tattered. Kims redud my dress. Re did the sleeve, hem and hook.She did it with only a days notice.
