Ive worked at cleaners in austin and in willis and by far this is one of the worst , not to mention the owner - sam has ignored me for 3 months straight and refuses to pay me. Never encountered this before but it's sad an owner and boss would ignore all messages and i don't live to close to the business so i didn't want to waste my gas and pull up and not get paid that day but now i'm having to and even the girl who works there was rude and hung up when i asked about it. Disappointed i had to resort and make this review but i won't get stepped on by a cheap.

Took my husband's jeans to be starched. They were fine. But the brand new white shirt we took up to be pressed had black spots all over it. They tried to clean it but still had spots all over. Was wearing this in a wedding. Kind of embarrassing . 2 others in the wedding used the same place and they had spots too. What a disappointment. Anything white go somewhere else!!

I had a custom made dress made specifically for my daughters 1st birthday. Her party was on Saturday, so I came here on Thursday to drop it off. I needed it cleaned and pressed. They assured me it would be back Friday at 5 pm. I got held at work Friday, so went in Saturday late morning to pick it up. Except it wasn't there. It never made it on the truck back. I was devastated, and by the time she called me back To tell me it was in Conroe and I could go pick it up I didn't have enough time. I picked it up Monday, and it was wrinkled.
