New to the area. Called for an appt. Julie took my call and explained i needed to come in and register into the system. I've been all over Texas, north, south, east and west. But Wichita Falls is carried by Oklahoma City. Lol Julie was very patient, kind and funny as she explained this. I've read reviews on this place, so I was hesitant calling. However, I believe there are many veterans who have no patience, are very rude from the start, and just don't enjoy life. So, you get what you give.
I will update this review after I'm seen for a first appt. Fingers crossed 🤞 😉

The VA clinic in Decatur is worse than this VA clinic the clinic in Decatur has not had a doctor for over 2 years

Ridiculous, don't even have a choice to get seen at a different VA clinic like at Lawton just because I live here. I'd rather drive 45+ mins every DAY if it means better service and care from this clinic and attitude...

This is truly the worst of the worst clinic I’ve had to endure. The staff on the phone are rude, uneducated, unprofessional, and are truly awful, who hang up or transfer you to a department you weren’t ask for. The lack luster performance is at every level, from scheduling appointments, to pain med refills, and the staff who insult you with disparaging remarks. This place is trash, find a better clinic brothers and sisters.

ZER0 STARS. This is the absolute WORST care I’ve ever received from any VA clinic I’ve been established with. I’m just trying to get a mental health and neurology referral placed since December. No one knows left from right and just been giving me the run around. No wonder veteran suicide rates are the highest they’ve ever been. I will be contacting the patient advocate AND Joint Commission. DO BETTER.

Every time I walk into the VA, the thought that the VA served Illegal migrants for the past 4 year's and not solely those who Risked Life and Limb and for the VA to put Illegal migrants above all those who Served is an Outrage. I'll never forget it.......

I am very pleased with the service and care I receive at this VA clinic. I have found everyone to be helpful, friendly and competent. The facility is clean, organized, maintained and up to date.
