They did our kitchen remodel and their level of service is second to none! They painted our cabinets, custom built new cabinet doors and drawers, under counter lighting, quartz countertops, new sink and hardware. Excellent customer service.
Tom and Steve, owners of WF Renovation Group, are wonderful to work with. They want to make sure the end result is what you want, therefore they listen and communicate with you throughout the process. Every text sent was answered very promptly! When we asked for a quick phone call, they obliged. They visited our home frequently during the remodeling process. They gave us the most beautiful kitchen/dining room area and the quality of the work is outstanding. We had a complete remodel of our kitchen so the entire kitchen was gutted and new cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, and flooring was installed. They removed our popcorn ceiling, textured, and painted the ceiling and the walls. They even gave us recessed lighting in the kitchen and under cabinet lighting. Hunter, their project manager, is great! He visited us on days that work was being completed by the sub-contractors and answered any questions that we had. I can’t say enough about their sub-contractors. All were very knowledgeable in their crafts and did an excellent job. They were all very professional, friendly, and courteous. They showed the utmost respect for us and our home. If you’re looking for someone to remodel or renovate any part of your home, don’t think twice about hiring this qualified team! Their price is very fair, their contract is very easy to understand, and they deliver everything they promise and then some! To be honest, we will miss them visiting our home on a regular basis, they’ve become like family! We will definitely be contacting them again as we update our home. In the meantime, I’m enjoying a glass of wine in my new favorite room in my house….my beautiful kitchen! Definitely 5+ stars for this team!
We can’t say enough great things about this company. Being new to the area, we decided to hire them to do a kitchen renovation project. It’s always kind of scary to know who you can trust, sometimes, in these matters, but, we quickly realized we could depend on this company to come through and they were worthy of our trust. Steven and Tom were always punctual and dependable on meeting with us. Their contract was straightforward and easy to understand. The communication was top notch on when crews were going to come and no surprises. We thought the bid was very reasonably priced, too. The crews were very attentive to keeping the work area as clean as possible and were very professional and respectful of our home. The quality of work impressed us and our kitchen turned out beautifully. This was the best experience we have ever had with a company doing renovations in our home. We would highly recommend Wichita Falls Renovation Group.
