Erin (spell check!) is the best. He deserves at least a $5 raise. I have been on the prowl for a replacement to the old Double Wear formula- A couple weeks prior, I had come in to swatch some things, and ended up buying the Teint Idole, but found that it would oxidize throughout the day. I wanted to return it and get a sample of a lighter shade. I also ordered a different foundation online to try, it came in with the seal broken (not anyone at this store's fault ofc), so I wanted to exchange that as well.
I hate returning anything and am naturally awkward/socially anxious, but Erin was so very kind and understanding. He wasted no time in helping me get a sample of a lighter Teint Idole shade and made sure the new foundation I wanted to exchange was sealed. I left my sample at the counter thinking I had put it in my purse, and he came out to bring it to me! He was kind to the person before me and after me, and was efficient and professional! Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had.
If society had more Erins, we would all be in a much better place. He deserves a $5 raise at least!!

I went in wearing no makeup up, the ladies in the store helped me color match and test products and they did great! They were super sweet, super informative I left feeling confident, beautiful and with a fully stocked make up bag (I bought everything I am wearing in the photo, foundation, setting powder, lipstick, mascara, eyebrow pencil. Applied by the sweet girl who helped me color match everything.)
I feel like I can barely tell I am wearing foundation but it still covers the splotchiness I am experiencing from pregnancy.
5 stars for, kindness, knowlege, and general customer service. I was checked on by each employee, I was given thorough advice that was based on the preferences and experience of the woman working, multiple employees went out of their way to help me. My only regret is not getting the names of the two women I spoke with the most!

Well, like most stores geared specifically towards women, it has a strong perfume smell as soon as you walk in. That's the only part of this store I do not like. Everything else is amazing! I love their products and there's so many options! I had gotten my daughters ears pierced there (a pretty reasonable price too) and the technician was such a sweetheart. She was calm and made the whole process enjoyable! I've never had an issue with customer service either. Overall, it's a fantastic place to find skincare, haircare, and makeup!

Ulta has always been my go to for products. This christmas i spent at least $1,200 on gifts alone. They had a few stands at the front of the store with a bunch of random girlie products, seemingly aimed for young girls/teens, body butter, lotion, glitter spray, body scrub, they were like 5 for $15. So yes. Very cheap deal and very cute products. I bought many of these for stocking stuffers and for my young daughters and nieces. The body glitter, the lotion, and the scrub have ALL broke my girls out and have a burning sensation ! At first I thought she was allergic, but all 6 girls have now tried at least one of the products from this line and it BURNS their skin. So i tried it, and sure enough it has a burning and irritating sensation. I can NOT be the only person who experienced this, I just assume because they were so cheap and bc they were basically give aways, that no one wants to complain about 15 bucks. I spent at least 200 bucks on these products alone for all my girls and their friends. And now ive had to call all the parents to tell them to throw them away. Thanks Ulta. I was better off buying products at the dollar store.

Was in the store in Wichita Falls yesterday and had a coupon on my phone that said was good for on-line and at the store. When I walked intro the store I asked the first clerk I saw if I could use the coupon and she said yes. Gathered up what I needed and went to checkout and the young man? said it could not be used that I needed to pull another one up on my phone. I questioned him, showed him the coupon could used online or in store but he said no. He was too busy looking at the line behind me and that line is exactly the reason I didn’t throw a fit. Pretty crappy service if you ask me

I was in the Wichita Falls location and the test bottle of perfume was missing so I asked a woman for help and she gave me a terrible look and didn’t say a word and talked into her microphone and said for some one to come help me and walked off. I asked the lady that helped me what her problem was and she said she is always like that, just a rude person. She is a manager name Michelle so if you see a middle aged woman with RBF that’s her. Just stay away from her.

Went in to use a birthday coupon and other coupons with my sister while in state visiting. Chere (lady with wrist brace) checked us out and was rushing so much she talked over me and wanted me to pay prior to even presenting the coupons. As I presented them she said they would not work but then they did after I asked her to try again and she kept saying she was ready to go for the day. She was the same way when my sister checked out. Her attitude set the tone at the end of our ulta visit. Shoulda just went to Sephora but hindsight is 20/20.
