Awesome customer service!! We were broke down and needed an Allison transmission part for our truck after hours late at night. The parts manager Kevin at Stewart & Stevenson in Wichita Falls, TX had the part in stock and he delivered it to us right away. Friendly, prompt and professional service. Great experience! Although our company paid for and scheduled our repair for a broken EGR valve, we were extremely impressed by the quality of service, the speedy efficiency, and the general demeanor of the mechanics. We were in and out within a day and they took the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. They also very kindly transported us to and from the hotel we were placed in overnight. I would consider this Stewart and Stevenson before the Freightliner down the road. These are solid, friendly mechanics who know their field.
