“Erin (spell check!) is the best. He deserves at least a $5 raise. I have been on the prowl for a replacement to the old Double Wear formula- A couple weeks prior, I had come in to swatch some things, and ended up buying the Teint Idole, but found that it would oxidize throughout the day. I wanted to return it and get a sample of a lighter shade. I also ordered a different foundation online to try, it came in with the seal broken (not anyone at this store's fault ofc), so I wanted to exchange that as well.

I hate returning anything and am naturally awkward/socially anxious, but Erin was so very kind and understanding. He wasted no time in helping me get a sample of a lighter Teint Idole shade and made sure the new foundation I wanted to exchange was sealed. I left my sample at the counter thinking I had put it in my purse, and he came out to bring it to me! He was kind to the person before me and after me, and was efficient and professional! Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

If society had more Erins, we would all be in a much better place. He deserves a $5 raise at least!!“

“I came in originally just looking for some temporary relief from lower back pain with a hot stone massage, but I’m so glad I met Robert. After discussing my pain points, he quickly realized that hot stones weren’t what I actually needed. He asked detailed questions, explained what was going on with my hips and flexors (lots of anatomy talk that made so much sense), and recommended focusing on stretching and releasing tension in my lower body instead.

He was upfront that it might be uncomfortable during the process, and he was right, but the results were immediate. I walked out feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I had been carrying a lot of negative feelings all week, and this last-minute appointment ended up feeling so intentional and God sent.
