Dewayne Inglish was absolutely wonderful! He came to my house the same day I called and took care of the problem right away. He was incredibly professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciate him being willing to help me out on such short notice. Thank you to Shoop’s for the amazing service! They are the best and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Grant Tanner was very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and very easy to connect with. He was right on time too and gave us some very helpful tips. He did a super great job. We hope for all future treatments, you will kindly send Grant out. He is destined to greatness and deserves five stars all the way around!!!
I called up to ask about pricing for treatment in my home, and I was very impressed with how professional the staff was! The lady who helped me (I think she said her name was Tia?) was super friendly and helpful, and answered all of my questions and was very patient while I explained my issues. I’m still calling around for pricing, but Shoops is definitely at the top of the list so far! It’s definitely hard to find good customer service these days, but the staff there seems to be fantastic! Thanks Tia!!!
