Service Master scheduled an appointment for water damage. The appointment was quick. Mr. Cedric came on time, very polite and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He got straight to work.
Super nice! I enjoyed him! Did everything that he said needed to be done. Great work! I would recommend this company.

Worst company ever our home got hit by a tornado and they said we denied service when we never did when it came to the mitigation also they charge so much they charged $400 only to remove a board from the garage door and said they boarded and tarped when they never did anything in the house also they are holding our stuff hostage till we paid the invoice when they were supposed to send it to the insurance they have no customer service they are rude and wouldn’t let me talk

I’d just like to thank the awesome guys at ServiceMaster Wichita Falls for saving me after I ran over a nail going down Seymour HWY. I parked in front of their business and they immediately came out to assist with a floor jack and used his personal vehicle to block traffic while they put my spare on for me. Super guys and they really helped me out. Very thankful to them. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Runaway Bay, TX EF2 Tornado 2026... I am in the middle of it with these guys right now as I type this out. I have never dealt with a professional crew who was more compassionate, helpful and in the darkest hour just an absolute joy and light to get through the trenches of a disaster. They have communicated well every step, kept me informed, and taken a portion of the burden off my shoulders. They have respected my home, all while they are exhausted working hard for me and so many others that they have helped along the way. From the bottom of my heart, Cedric, Dillon, Jordan, Justin, Joel, Jason and anyone from the Service Master Crew that I may have missed, thank you guys, and may anyone who has the unfortunate luck to deal with a natural disaster be as blessed as I was to have Gentlemen of this caliber help you take care of your home in a time of need.
