Had to come on here and say something positive apologies I forgot the guy’s name, but we have a winter storm coming to Oklahoma and it was currently sleeting outside. This guy stayed back an extra two hours after he sent everyone home to ensure that I got my PC back before the storm and even went to find a trash bag so it didn’t get wet because he ran out of PC bags unbelievable customer service I called and bugged about my PC about five times and he was always polite. 10 out of 10 never going anywhere else to get my PC worked on.

Helped my boyfriend build his dream pc. Stuck very close to budget and the whole process was very smooth. 1000/10 customer service. I'm going to use Pc Pros build my future pc. Very nice place.
