Had to come on here and say something positive apologies I forgot the guy’s name, but we have a winter storm coming to Oklahoma and it was currently sleeting outside. This guy stayed back an extra two hours after he sent everyone home to ensure that I got my PC back before the storm and even went to find a trash bag so it didn’t get wet because he ran out of PC bags unbelievable customer service I called and bugged about my PC about five times and he was always polite. 10 out of 10 never going anywhere else to get my PC worked on.

AMAZING people. They currently have my pc in for repairs. they have no problem explaining issues how I understand. Will always refer people to them and come back to them exclusively

Great atmosphere! And the only place in Wichita you can find really specific parts for computers. Went in to find some m.2 screws because I lost mine and nobody in Wichita sells them. Gave them a call they were super transparent and told me to come in. Got some from the guy at the front desk. Absolutely appreciate it!
