+We were running 5 min late for our appointments, so we called and they had no problem with our late arrival. +The pricing was VERY good. +Beautiful place and very comfortable - I found the robot drink carrier to be a fun feature. +Andrew, who did my nails, was very pleasant and tolerated a lot of questions from me (this was only the second time I’ve had a set of nails put on). On the down side, -The nail color was not what I wanted, but after double checking it seemed to be the correct number - it just didn’t match the sample. -We made our appts online and didn’t get who we requested, nor were we seated together, but it was still a good experience. Gorgeous place, very clean, nice employees treated my daughter and wife very well. Treated me nice as well and drinks are complimentary and that's a plus. Overall a real nice experience

This place is soo cute! The vibe is great, drinks are great staff is friendly and do what you actually want. They have a robot that brings stuff to the techs ! So cool will return!!! Prices are reasonable
