+We were running 5 min late for our appointments, so we called and they had no problem with our late arrival.

+Andrew, who did my nails, was very pleasant and tolerated a lot of questions from me (this was only the second time I’ve had a set of nails put on).
On the down side,
-The nail color was not what I wanted, but after double checking it seemed to be the correct number - it just didn’t match the sample.
-We made our appts online and didn’t get who we requested, nor were we seated together, but it was still a good experience.
I was visiting family in Wichita Falls and I will definitely stop again next time I visit. I would recommend, however, checking the online appointments more accurately or don’t offer that service.
Spider is the very best nail tech. He is absolutely awesome at what he does. I didn’t get a design this time but when I do he can hand draw anything I’ve ever asked him to do. This is a photo of the last time I got a design.
