Today we came for my daughters prom nails and there was some confusion by no fault of the nail tech but Mindy went above and beyond to fix the issue she didn't have to and we appreciate her so much ❤️❤️highly recommend coming here for your nail needs!

It’s the best salon in Wichita Falls. The staff is so friendly and they really take good care of you! I get excellent service every time I go. I’ve had a visit with my daughter as well as my boyfriend and they’ve loved it too!

Terrible guarantee AND no customer service. Two nails fell off and I had to argue with the asian women for 10 mins and I had to threaten them with a small claims court case. They tried to say there was no such thing as small claims court. Maybe not in Cambodia??? Finally and we are nearing 15 mins, the owner or someone showed up; he spoke English and it was resolved presumably. They are still working on it. The only thing I might suggest is that these people 1. Learn English and 2. Learn to backup your work. If you're going to work here you must understand the basics. 3. NEVER make a sr. citizen customer (over 80 with a walker) stand there at the counter for 15 mins; 5 mins would be too long. 4. I'm not sure these people passed the health and safety inspection. 5. Some people simply should not work with the public; I suggest working in the kitchen, maybe fast food but in the back. Just trying to be helpful. Pass this place by... there are far more responsible and communicative nail salons in Wichita Falls.
