Justine performed a seasonal check today and as in the past he was thorough and professional, cleaned up after himself and patiently reviewed the service provided and the results of his inspection
I so appreciate James Lane AC and Plumbing! I really like being able to have a yearly plan with them coming out and checking the HVAC before the winter and summer seasons. They also come out promptly when we have had issues in-between visits. I highly recommend this business - wish others were the same!
I got a prompt response when my central A/C needed repair, and a clear explanation of the problem and what was done to correct it. Then, when I discovered leaking underground line at my house, plumbers came and worked hard to find leaks and fix them. Kudos to James Summerfelt, who is so polite and helped me understand what was needed. I will definitely recommend your company to others.
