Rave!! My husband called because our AC quit working in the heat of the day. Called and James Lane had a tech to the house in less than 20 minutes! Got us back up and working about an hour later.

Awesome company !! From the women who answer the phone to the techs, we were treated with kindness and respect. A huge thank you to Adrian, Michael, Ace and Jeremy. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable! They replaced the entire HVAC system and kept us in the know the whole time.!! Would recommend them to everyone!

Communication was good and clear! Pricing was almost $80 more than the other company that we went with for a dryer vent cleaning. I think it’s a good company if you live in Wichita Falls, but I would not recommend if you live in any of the surroundings areas as we live 15 minutes out of Wichita & 20 minutes from James Lane which added a $71 trip charge alone to the total.

We’re 45 minutes from Wichita, and still exclusively use James Lane. They’re prompt, professional, and do great work. We especially appreciate James, not to be confused with the company’s namesake. Never had a bad experience with anybody who’s been out, but I will request James every time.

I am beyond grateful for the extra attention to detail that I received. I recently had my waterlines in my attic replaced. Timothy streamlined the lines, moved them out from under the vents, and triple insulated them. I survived this cold snap with no frozen lines! Not even a hint of reduced pressure. My old lines would have frozen solid or at best to just a drip (even when left dripping). My attic is not easy to work in so I very much appreciate the back-breaking work that it was. While he was up there, he noticed that my HVAC ducting had come loose and he attached it, too. What a blessing he and his team have been!

James Lane AC & Plumbing is awesome! Scheduling is super easy — Kim and Melody in the office make the whole process quick and painless.
When Tim showed up to fix my plumbing issue, he was not only fast and efficient but also really friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing without making it complicated, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right.
Between the smooth scheduling and Tim’s great service, I’ll definitely be calling James Lane in the future!

I was in the process of buying an investment property. My inspector found a leak in the bathroom. The seller hired this bad company to see if they saw the same leak. Whoever they sent out did not find any leak. I hired a different plumber to go and see if he could find the leak my property inspector found. The plumber I hired found the leak in 10 minutes. Why did this plumber hired by the seller not find the leak? Was he too lazy to search? Does he not know what to look for? Very unprofessional on the part of James Lane plumbing!!!
