Horrible communication. Had to call over and over and did not get my issue resolved. Was told the plumber would be out between 10:30 and 11 and never showed. Waited until after 12 and called again and never received a call back. Called again at 1:30 and was told he was now at lunch. Other people have to work you know and cannot sit around waiting hours for a scheduled appointment.
